The Chain of Custody (CoC) Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of SmartWood CoC Certification services for new and existing SmartWood clients in the Asia-Pacific region. S/he will be directly involved in all aspects of CoC Certification assessment and audits, including scheduling, project management, customer service, consultant management and quality control. S/he will also provide training and mentoring to staff, consultants and assessors. The CoC Coordinator will directly supervise three CoC Associates.

Qualifications
- Degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management or related field required; Advanced degree preferred;
- 5 - 7 years of experience, minimum of 3 years work experience in forestry or related field;
- Environmental management system auditor training experience preferred;
- Knowledge of SW Certification and/or FSC certification a plus;
- Experience in supervision, training and mentoring preferred;
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail;
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with other MS Office applications;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages a plus; and
- Willingness to travel 25%.
