Lead Indonesia/Yayasan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (YPB) - the Foundation for Sustainable Development – is a not-for-profit organization, which carries out the vision promoted by LEAD International in initiating changes for a deeper understanding and more active participation in sustainable development. The organization is now looking for professional candidates to joint us in implementing a project in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This project aim to deliver a sustainability scheme for companies in Indonesia to have better practices of CSR in terms of benefitting economically, socially and environmentally. For that we open 2 positions as researchers whom meet our qualifications as follows:
* Hold a degree (Master or Bachelor) in social or economic background or other related areas especially from a reputable university in Indonesia
* Have done research in economic or social issues and have the experience on : collecting data (primer and secunder), data analysis, and reporting, or proven equivalent experience;
* Knowledge of and/or practical experience in the area of social, economy and organisation
* A minimum of 1 year of professional experience;
* Well-developed communication skills to facilitate discussion sessions and conduct presentations by clearly formulating positions on issues and defending recommendations;
* Ability to perform training using adult learning method;
* Have self-managed, continous learning and sharing character;
* Fluency in written and spoken English and posses ability in using computer (MS Word, MS Excel, and SPSS, Power Point);
* Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary and diverse team.
